My Story

Joanne Golds

August 6 1971 - September 1 2005

This online memorial was created in loving memory of Joanne Golds, whose life story is told in this memorial plot. Please light a candle for Joanne and let us know you came to visit. We will remember Joanne forever.
Jo was very very special. She was a beautiful person inside and out. Loving, gentle, happy generous and kind. Never a bad word to say about anybody and her smile could light up a room. Everybody loved Jo, she made it easy for them to do so. Jo was taken from us too soon and each passing day is still so painful. We miss her love, her gorgeous smile and just wonderful memories of her. Unforgettable was played at your funeral Jo, and that just about says it all, you are and always will be "unforgettable". The brain tumour that took your life, never took you over. You bore your illness with such bravery and dignity. You never said "why me" and the smile was always there. You were an inspiration to so many people. In simple words, you were a heroine. Your future could have been bright and exciting, it just wasnt there for you. You are missed more than words could ever say, and there is no greater pain than losing you.

GONE IS THE LIFE, BUT NEVER THE LIGHT WHEREVER WE ARE, SO SHALL YOU FOREVER BE.
Richard, your brother, sister Sam. brother in law Paul and neices, Beth and Katy, all miss you very much, as do all our extended family and your wonderful friends, who were all so supportive when you were ill.

OUR FAMILY CHAIN IS BROKEN AND NOTHING SEEMS THE SAME. BUT AS GOD CALLS US ONE BY ONE, THE CHAIN WILL LINK AGAIN

WE LOVE YOU JO

MEMORIES OF YOU ARE ALWAYS SPECIAL AND THOUGHTS OF YOU ARE ALWAYS WRAPPED IN LOVE.

A SPECIAL PLACE Theres a little place in heaven That the Lord has set aside A comfortable quiet place, Where special girls reside. There isnt any pain in there No suffering to endure Everyones made perfect Every sickness finds a cure

I know another little place Its deep inside our heart A place we like to visit When the lonely feelings start Our pain can find a cure in there Our suffering can cease A quiet comfortable place Where memories bring peace.
